Ground-loop pipe coil sizes and connection specifics are subject to change dependant on ground-loop design for the particular site to give the equivalent ground-loop characteristics.

4. Price is supply only i.e. no unpacking or installation is included.

5. Our acceptance of your payment is deemed acceptance of your order.

7. Delivery date will be confirmed by e-mail following receipt of cleared funds.

8. Delivery time, if not in stock, will normally be 6 to 8 weeks following confirmation of order but will be confirmed by e-mail.

9. Warranty: All of our heat pumps carry a 5 Years Limited Warranty starting from date of delivery.

10. Warranty can be upgraded to 10 Years Limited Warranty starting from date of delivery, for a fee of +15% of the purchase price. This must be selected either when paying online or by e-mail request to warranty@nordic-geothermal.com when you have your confirmation of payment. If not purchased online a payment request for this will be issued by return and must be paid before the date of delivery, to avail of the extended warranty. The extended warranty will not be available for purchase after the equipment has been delivered.
