manufacture all the products we sell except the under-floor equipment. Our
strong association with an under-floor manufacturer allows our customers
direct access to their full range of products to give the customer a one-stop
shop for all of their heating system requirements. How can the customer benefit? Typically
heat pumps are sold by under-floor installers, who generally know very little
about the actual heat pump, and have little or no interest in what may be the
best proposal for an individual customer. They are interested in selling the
customer an under-floor system, selling pipe, and therefore their main
interest in the heat pump is that they can also sell them a ground loop. However, the
heat pump story is a far greater story than just ground-loops and
under-floor. Heat pumps can be used with a huge range of heat sources, and heating
and cooling distribution can be by means of under-floor, ducted air,
fan-coils, or radiators. The customer
can avail of a full system design, very detailed installation documentation,
including a DVD installation manual for the under-floor equipment. This means
the customer who comes to us can explore all the possible options to get the
system best suited to their particular needs instead of “whatever the

the manufacturer. Conversion of your oil, gas or wood-burning
system This is
easier than you’d think. For instance, a customer in an existing house in a town,
with an oil boiler and radiators, can very simply in one day convert this
system to an air-source heat pump and fan-coils and have very low-cost
heating but also have the benefit of cooling in summer. They no longer have
to worry about fuel deliveries, fuel storage, oil prices, or emissions. We
can sell these products directly for either DIY installation or for
installation by the customer’s plumber. To download

designed and assembled system that has been the result of years of experience
and high standards. This differs hugely from a local under-floor company that
picks a heat pump to put with the under-floor system they are selling. This
piece-meal approach often results in problems and each discipline blaming the
other. Our systems are fully integrated from the design stage. DIY All our
systems have been designed with the DIYer in mind.
The main reason is that this means it is easy for the DIYer
to avail of huge cost savings, while getting his/her Plumber and/or
Electrician to complete the parts of the task they do not feel confident
with, or are legally obliged to have completed by a Professional, depending
on their local Building Regulations. To minimise the learning curve and speed
up the whole process the customer not only has detailed DVD and printed
manuals for the under-floor installation but receives detailed system
schematics free of charge and these schematics are often on an individual
basis to suit their own application. For example
a customer might require a heat pump, under-floor on the Ground Floor and
radiators on the first floor but may also have a wood-burning stove or back
boiler in their fireplace and want to integrate this/these into the system.
We will allow for this in our schematics we send to the Customer. If a customer
wants to avail of low running costs for heating but wants cooling in summer
we can sell the customer fan-coils which are easy to install and have
basically the same pipe-work as a radiator system. To get
